About
BW Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Limited is a family run business established in March 1999.
We have gone from strength to strength and over the last 20 years have built up a solid and varied customer base.
We pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers and always aim to attend the site of a breakdown call on the same day we receive it.
The job we deliver is the best advert we can give, and this has been proven by the amount of repeat work and personal recommendations we receive.
Whilst our working hours are from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, we also operate a 24/7 breakdown service covering all corners of East Anglia,
Alongside our call-out service we offer our customers different maintenance contracts to suit their business needs. We can provide up to two service visits a year depending on requirements, to make sure the equipment is kept in good order. This helps to substantially cut down on the need for breakdown visits and extend the life of the equipment.
In 2005 we extended our business to offer our customers the option to rent equipment, both short term and long term. This has proved to be a very popular option when initial outlay or replacement of existing equipment is too costly, or if equipment is required for a function.
We aim to offer a complete service covering all aspects of air conditioning, refrigeration, gas and electric catering equipment and all relevant areas.
We added Gas Safe catering / heating engineers to our team in August 2013, so we can offer service and maintenance, including 24/7 breakdown service to all our customers.
Many of our engineers have attended the Rational Training Centre, so we are able to offer Rational servicing and maintenance. Recently we achieved a commercial boiler qualification, so we can now carry out servicing, maintenance and repair on all commercial boilers.
