Need a new appliance or air conditioning unit installing? Then rest assured, our team of qualified engineers are at hand to help.
They are all fully qualified and experienced in installing and commissioning all types of equipment.
Our engineers hold City and Guilds qualifications in refrigeration, f-gas City and Guilds, Hydrocarbon Refrigerants and the CSCS Engineering Services Skill I.D. Card.
Maintenance and Service
BW can offer maintenance and inspection and testing for equipment that has been installed. We also carry out breakdown cover for local area contracts and at numerous sites, ranging from call out service to a full installation service.
We also have a sales team who would be happy to quote for a single item up to complete refits.
In 2005 we introduced a rental service making it possible for our customers to rent a wide range of equipment for long-term or short-term hire.
Office Hours / Out of Hours
We offer all of our customers a comprehensive breakdown cover on all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, commercial glass and dishwashing equipment, commercial catering equipment and many other catering requirements.
The breakdown cover is supported between 8am and 5pm by our competent office staff. Outside of these hours you can speak to the on-call engineer by calling the emergency breakdown number.
We are also able to provide maintenance contracts tailor made to suit our customers’ requirements.
If you experience an unforeseen breakdown on your refrigeration equipment chiller or freezer, we can offer a choice of mobile rentable refrigerated trailers, which can be delivered to your site and set up to your required temperature.
All the trailers we rent require a 240volt 13amp supply and come with hitch locks, hub locks and secure locks, to ensure your product remains in the trailer when you are not there.
Gas Work
Looking after numerous commercial kitchens in hotels, restaurants and holiday parks our engineers are fully trained to look after, service and repair most mainstream quality catering appliances. We have achieved the commercial boiler qualification to enable us to be able to look after commercial boilers.
With our own in-house Gas engineers, we can give our customers old and new an assurance of a same day response and in busy times within 24hrs.
If you require a Gas Safe engineer out of hours just give us a call. You will be presented with several options to choose from depending on the nature of your problem.
Any work under taken by our Gas Safe engineers would be backed up with all the relevant paper work, certificates and data recording equipment to conform to the Gas Safe guide lines.
